A course that contributes to designer skills for food- and packaging designers. The course focussed on materials research, selection and application. Materials of the world of both food and non-food are analysed to expand on the knowledge of materials characteristics for a food context. Materials series are created in according with the sensorial experience aspects needed to persuade the consumer within the food and retail domain.
