How to select the right sustainable fibres, yarns and in general select materials while creating textiles and final textile applications. The workshop was part of the trainee program for young textile designers from Europe working on their program in the Textile Lab at Tilburg. The workshop consisted of input on materials knowledge, how to use sustainable design principles and an interactive exchange of expertise on choices within the design process of the concepts.
